Shipping policy

All products that are currently in stock at the time the order is placed will be shipped in approximately 48 hours unless otherwise noted.

If you have preordered a candle or any other item that needs curing time, or time to be prepared, your item will ship in approximately 48 hours of completion.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail in most cases, or UPS/FedEx to addresses that do not receive USPS.

You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items while in transit, but will work with you and the carriers to resolve any issues.

International shipments are treated on a per country basis and our very best efforts will be made to ensure your items are packed carefully for the longer journey.
